Objective of the role: To uphold our data-driven organizational structure, we need to ensure we have systematic and effective research processes. This role focuses on supporting the research and program teams with findings that will maintain the integrity of our interventions.
How this role contributes to the company’s mission: This role contributes to our mission by assisting to provide evidence for the efficacy of our model, ensuring quality control and fidelity to our intervention.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Listen to session recordings carefully and take notes of important issues to be shared with the research team lead.
- Rate the group leaders’ sessions, in an unbiased and objective manner, using the provided template.
- Report to the team lead on a timely basis the ratings.
