Job Description:

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their team and drive business growth. As the BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by networking with potential clients, attending industry events, and conducting market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our lounge to the elite clientele in our target market
  • Collaborate with the Lounge Manager to develop customized packages and experiences for clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our business development strategy


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and wine sales is a plus.
