Maintain all university books of accounts in order to adhere to regulatory framework as stipulated by International Public Sector Accounting Standards, Public Finance & Management Act and University policies.
This position will be responsible for accurately maintaining the organization’s financial accounting records as well as designing and maintaining project and donor financial records and reports.

Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting High-level financial reporting and analysis of actual spending, setting up of limits, maintenance of the debtors and creditors list
This position is responsible for provision of accounting services and ensuring prudent Financial management in the office of the Controller of Budget.
To provide and promote financial accountability, efficiency and effectiveness of the Organization as well as to manage and update all accounts records and transactions according to the Accounting Regulations.
This role’s key responsibility is to support the processes that ensure that financial reports are timely, accurate and that departments’ meet standards of management of sound planning and management of the organization’s finances with the aim of helping to achieve long term financial sustainability.
