The Administrator is accountable for provision of expert management services to the (medical, dental, physiotherapy, etc.) practice.
She will be required to do book keeping, ensure petty cash books are signed, do weekly accounts, make call sheets, ensure the studio hire bookings are done professionally, answer office calls, ensure the office cleaners do a good job, ensure lunch / snacks are prepared / ordered for crew and clients, among other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of administration, facilities management and purchasing.
Overseeing transport management; planning and coordinating office accommodation; facilitating meetings, conferences and other special events; supervising provision of security and office services.
The core function of the admin is to manage branch profitability through enhancement of GP, cost management and growth of branch balance. Supporting this role is inventory management human resources management and risk and compliance enforcement at the Branch.
To support CISP Somalia Office, ensuring quality program coordination with respect to administrative functions including accounting, budgeting, procurement, reporting. To strengthen CISP’s administrative staff in Somalia ensuring compliance of CISP’s Management System and Code of Conduct.
