The Business Development Officer will support the team to raise funds and develop partnerships to meet organizational strategic initiatives.
The Business Development Officer's responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.
Establish the needs of the project in the county and identify key market players who can be linked to the project
Building new and maintaining existing good rapport with external partners e.g, Motor vehicle and Equipment dealers, Insurance Companies, and business associates to unlock leads and ensure flow of business to the bank, through the branches.
Development of new loan with a weekly target Achieve volume and Value targets in order to contribute to the overall goals of the MFI.
To provide specialist advice and support for business development of information to inform decision making, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures SOPs.
