The Cashier will also conduct the preparation and balancing of Wage Packets; participate in pay parades and reconciliation with the customer; ensuring all notes are processed and sorted out in a controlled manner to minimize losses and avoid CBK penalties.
The cashier should be responsible for driving sales in the company and overseeing the shop team ensuring the team is properly aligned with business strategies and objectives. The individual should be a good negotiator and aggressive in acquiring new business.
