Create and regularly update reasonably budgeted a la carte and buffet menus.
Prior job related experience in a fast paced upper class hotel or restaurant as a cook is a must.
To provide the school with relevant, seasonal and nutritionally balanced menus with flare and imagination. The focus is on serving hearty, well balanced meals for the students and school guest when there are occasions. As the Head Chef you will in charge of the kitchen, staff working in the Kitchen and all related activities.
Reporting to the General Manager, Kabarak University Enterprises Ltd and shall be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality services within all kitchens of the University and University Guest house.
