Oversees and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of well-balanced main meals to shelter residents.
Prepare a wide variety of goods following traditional and modern recipes.
Produce quality meals in a particular section of the kitchen that meet the quality and objectives of the department.
Reporting to the chief chef and shall be responsible for carrying out procedures for efficient and effective provision of catering services as predefined by the management.
Placement of food service line, replenishing of foodstuffs during service and reporting low stock levels.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the cook will be responsible for preparation of quality and balanced meals to students, staff and guests in the academy.
