You shall be responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions of the company which includes receivables & payables management, treasury/cash management, taxation management and financial reporting while ensuring high levels of compliance.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring effective financial management and compliance for all BRC projects in East Africa and consistency between UK finance records and field records.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that there is accurate and proper recording of all transactions for Britam Asset Managers Company, Unit Trust Funds and Alternatives.
Provide leadership in overall financial management in preparation of financial statements, budget formulation and Sacco investment strategy.
Maximize food profitability by supporting Operating Units (OUs) to develop and implement food offers including both local partners and in house formats.
Ensure that the financial goals are achieved through reducing costs efforts and maximizing profits.
Establish and monitor specific and measurable financial strategic goals on a coordinated, integrated basis, thus enabling MTG to operate efficiently and effectively for sustainability.
