We are looking for a market Head of Finance that is passionate about using data to drive important strategic analysis and operational decision-making.
Head of Finance East Africa is a member of the local leadership team, and reports into the Country Manager with a financial reporting line to the Area Finance Head.
Supervise Finance Team to ensure accurate financial data entry in Quickbooks relating to office expenses, income and revenue across all departments.
The successful CFO will deliver a finance organization that gets the numbers right and be a partner in shaping & executing the company’s strategy. As CFO, you’ll have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting and finance, with a focus on charting their financial course for the next 5yrs and beyond.
The Head of Finance (HoF) will provide financial leadership to a strong team of finance professionals and have primary strategic day-to-day responsibility at the Centre to ensure the existence and adherence to fundamental principles of financial management—financial accountability, internal controls, record keeping, compliances, financial integrity, planning, budgeting, cash-flow management and financial reporting.
The position requires a hands-on and participative leader, coach and mentor who will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: Finance, logistics, hr, procurement, transport, and asset management.
The Head of Credit is responsible for planning and coordinating the SACCO’s Credit function. Specifically, the management of credit risk and maintenance of risk appetite levels defined by the Board of directors.
The position will be offered for an initial contract of 3 years, renewable, subject to continued project needs, funding for the position, and performance of the staff member.
