We are currently looking for a HR/Admin Officer who will be in charge of all HR and Admin duties in the office.
The Human Resource (HR) and Administration Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for providing the day to day Human Resource support in to the Company as well as providing information and advice to all staff on various HR issues.
Organize and maintain all HR records including but not limited to; employment files, appraisal records, training records, leave records.
To provide support to the Human Resource and Administration functions such as training, recruitment, performance management and general clerical activities in the department.
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR and Administration function in the company to promote productivity and strong work ethics and to create a conducive working environment.
Reporting to the Head of Directorate, successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing efficient and effective management of the human resource function as well as general institutional administration; as guided by the relevant legislation and policies.
Providing administrative support in the implementation of policies and procedures e.g. issuance and updating of staff name tags and medical cards.
To provide principle support to the Chief Manager Human Resource & Administration in implementing the disciplinary and grievance handling policies and procedures taking into account application of law, organization values, operational policies and procedures.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent from a recognized university
