Execute administrative, HR and legal related tasks to support the Project HR Manager following MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve project objective.
Updating Social security Tax office files in order to meet legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance
To support the implementation of HR Administration Management of all sites within the organization.
Support marketing teams in handling client enquiries.
An officer at this level will be deployed in a Human Resource Management unit in departments and will handle simple tasks of analytical nature.
The HR Assistant’s overall purpose is to provide administrative support in the day to day operations of the human resource function.
