Human Resource Manager will refine policies and processes for the complete HR function including recruitment, performance management, payroll management, HR data management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employer branding, and employee engagement.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the general administration of all human resource related matters.
Responsible for the formulation and transparent implementation of HR strategies and the effective delivery of HR services. He/she will assess client needs, interpret and apply HR strategy and policies, rules and regulations, establish internal procedures and provides solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues with inputs from the Senior Management Team.
He/she will be responsible for establishing HR function as the organization lifestyle; ensuring every head of department acquires basic HR leadership skills to promote employee engagement, assignment of work, resolving grievances and disputes as well as assigning work.
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, implementation and evaluation of HR policies, initiatives, plans, processes, and programmes for the ECA region.
He/She will be responsible for overseeing, across all offices, talent acquisition and staff development process and ensuring that the team is happy and empowered based on the firm’s values.
HR Manager will - develop and implement an employee centred approach that will enable the Foundation to attract, retain and create a strong brand that will position the Foundation as an employer of choice in Kenya.
Provision of leadership for Human Resources Strategic Planning by collecting, analyzing and identifying current and future Human Resources needs within the University.
