Participate in the development and standardization of forms and tools to collect relevant disaggregated data on project monitoring indicators, effects, and impacts
MEAL officer will support the Strengthening Community Capacities for Resilience and Growth Component This activity will contribute to USAID’s Feed the Future Initiative and improve households’ income, productive assets and resilience to drought and other shocks.
Support Trócaire and partner staff in the planning, design and implementation of all MEAL activities throughout the project cycle,
The role holder will work closely with the Programme Managers for Resilience, Advocacy and Women’s Empowerment programmes.
She/he will be responsible for program adaptive management agenda, collaborate, learn and adapt with program and county team in rolling-out a responsive M&E system that can provide updated and relevant information for reducing persistent acute malnutrition at county level.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to manage the MEAL system to improve programme implementation in the operational areas.
The MEAL officer will be expected to support the Pfizer and Hyundai Awards in Nairobi Kenya.
Actively involve and support project staffs during preparation of annual plans, biannual revisions and quarter plans to make sure that the plan is realistic, complete and comply with agreed policies & HO requirements.
