Setting up a data management system as per the overarching data management plan, M&E plan and the project logframe,
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible to design and oversee all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities, including ensuring full compliance with CHAMPS and Ministry of Health requirements, assisting coordinating team in defining outcome indicators and assessments that ensure proper evaluation.
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will report to and work under the administrative supervision of the M&E Specialist.
Facilitate the implementation of M&E data flow processes according to the designed data workflow chart.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work under the supervision of the Programme Manager in the Research and Publication with Civic Education and Capacity Building programme, with the key objective of contributing towards the realization of the vision of the programme and the Institution.
Reporting to the M&E Manager, the M&E Data Officer will work to successfully measure the improvements in the lives of Lwala’s beneficiaries to demonstrate and ensure quality and impact.
Reporting to the Senior M&E Officer, the M&E Officer, will be responsible for all aspects of project data management including design and deployment of data collection/collation tools, compliance with reporting systems and timelines as set by MOH and CDC; design and support project evaluation activities, analyse data and develop data use products for the program.
