The M&E and Training Coordinator, under the supervision of the Centre Manager, will be hired full-time and is responsible for conducting ongoing monitoring and evaluation to improve regionally contextualized safety trainings for journalists as well as promote knowledge sharing, participant tracking and evaluation, and produce reports to share key findings and analysis of results.
The M&E Coordinator shall play an essential role ensuring that fellow technical staff have clear guidance and support on MEL requirements. They will coordinate MEL activities in the designated region (Western, Nyanza or Eastern) of operation.
