The position holder will develop comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans and ensure delivery of program requirements.
The M&E Officer will help countries to apply self-injection data to decision-making through improved data visualization and convenings to discuss progress with self-injection scale up and contributions to stronger systems for delivery of quality FP services.
Main purpose will be to provide MEL technical support to the GSK TB and Malaria project (60%) as well as provide 40% support to other ICD projects in the design, development, and implementation of monitoring activities with support to existing Amref MEL Systems.
The M & E Officer will be responsible designing and overseeing all monitoring and evaluation (M & E ) activities, including ensuring full compliance with donor requirements, lead the program team in defining outcome indicators, developing data collection tools and methodologies and conducting program assessment and evaluation activities.
To conduct monthly and quarterly data collection form county and sub-county ART in-charge facilities. The candidate will be responsible for data collection and analysis from which the same will be shared with the Clinical Officer
M&E Officer is responsible for guiding the overall project M&E strategy and implementation of related activities within the project and undertakes timely preparation and submission of reports to the donor, MoH and other related stakeholders.
Ensure the development and implementation of project monitoring plans, using appropriate monitoring and data analysis tools
The M&E Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the NRT Trading information database and impact monitoring system.
The post holder will ensure the M&E component is well integrated at the program’s planning stages and regularly monitor project activities to ensure the desired impact.
