The job holder will provide administrative, secretarial and communication services on behalf of the CBM Regional Hub Director (RD).
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Manage and maintain the MD’s diary, email account and operational tasks.
Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence with clients
Manage the Partner’s electronic diary, assessing the priority of appointments
Oversee the work of clerical and other administrative employees in the MD’s office, as well as making sure that everything is in place for the office to function smoothly,
