The job holder is responsible for conceptualizing, planning and overseeing implementation of corporate communication [Public Relations activities], product marketing and customer experience strategies, policies, systems and initiatives that translate into brand value enhancement, Institution’s visibility and superior customer experience at the head office.
Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) – Principal Corporate Communications Officer.
Implementing communication policies, system and procedures and provide interface between the institute and other stakeholders.
Office of Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) – Principal Corporate Communications Officer.
An officer at this level will be deployed at the Corporate Communication Division and will be expected to develop and implement plans and strategies in relation to Media and Public Relations, Customer Communications, Crisis Communications and Internal Communications.
Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) – Principal Corporate Communications Officer.
