This position is responsible for supporting the project toward enhancing the rights of persons with psychosocial disabilities and albinism in Kenya (‘The project’) under the Research, Advocacy and Outreach (Research and Compliance Division) of the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights.
The Country Programme Assistant ensures the availability of timely, complete and accurate information and data to support the efficient and effective delivery of IFAD-supported projects, especially during the project implementation phase. This involves preparation of meetings and related documentation, support to missions, ensuring deliverables against established deadlines and maintaining data in IFAD corporate IT systems.
The Programme Assistant will be based in Nairobi and will assist ECHO’s Technical Assistant, in-charge of Southern Africa & Indian Ocean region (SAIO) and the Programme Officer, to provide high quality technical support, analysis and advice to ECHO funded projects in the SAIO.

Support the Beneficiary services Lead in designing and implementing beneficiary communication systems for all WFP Kenya programmes.
The primary function of the role includes but not limited to providing quality control of internal and external documents; review documents for accuracy and adherence with IFC and World Bank guidelines and procedures. Assisting staff for the drafting, editing, formatting, and production of documents and correspondence.
