Working with team members to explore new research and advocacy opportunities and take them forward as / when required on this agenda.
Assume primary responsibility for planning, developing, and implementing GI-ESCR’s research, advocacy and communications plans on the right to education and the right to health, and act as a focal point for coordinating with partners.
Developing and coordinating the Section’s Gender Equality Action Plan, as well as following up and reporting on the plan.
Lead the CT Programme Support Team in the planning and implementation of new projects and evolve existing projects in close consultation with the Kenya CT Lead and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Work with programme team members to support the use of data, research and learning to help DCA and partners adjust programming approaches and share learning with others.
