The Project Assistant provides support in the administration of the programme as well as secretarial and administrative support.
The Project assistant will work closely with the Project Officer – Hygiene and Behavior Change, and Hygiene and Behavior Change Coalition project implementation team, to support the implementation of project interventions.
The Project Assistant is responsible for the conceptualization, development and execution of the project activities in line with the approved grant within Migodomani and Kimbule areas of Ganze Sub-county and Mikuluni in Kauma sub-county in Kilifi county.
Create specific strategies for easier and more effective execution of the TVET program with guidance form the TVET coordinator.
Offer regular technical support and/or mentorship to engaged healthcare providers on the programmatic management of TB.
Identify training needs/gaps, and in consultation with the project officer, plan and coordinate relevant training for health care providers in the project area.
The successful candidate will assist Projects Management Office in the administration of Bank projects, tracking and monitoring of projects progress and providing regular reporting
The Project Assistant will implement community health system strengthening activities including initiating formulation of community health policies, strategies, guidelines and linkages.
Facilitate project procurement needs by raising necessary requisition documents and ensuring that the necessary approvals are timely obtained.
The project assistants will be responsible for providing technical support at sub-county and health facility level to ensure quality implementation of the Ezesh99DOTS project.
