Managing multiple incoming telephone lines and providing face to face customer service
Manage the main switchboard at all times in addition to handling all the calls professionally
This role is responsible for supporting operations by completing administrative tasks for the ops and leadership teams
Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the facility.
