We seek to hire a dedicated and a charismatic Receptionist to assist us in serving our esteemed customers satisfactorily.
We are searching for a receptionist who can make our patients feel comfortable and satisfied, AND manage all the front office operations without breaking a sweat.
Reporting to the Front office supervisor, the receptionist role will be to welcome guests to the hotel, making reservations for them and attending to their other needs that are instrumental to their comfort during their stay at the hotel.
Reporting to the Administrator/HR, the job holder will provide customer care, receptionist and marketing services.
Welcoming and greeting guests at the reception and ushering them into the appropriate office or room to wait for further assistance.
2 years’ experience, (hospitality industry experience preferred)
The position will provide efficient and effective operations and front office services at the CTFs Main Reception.
Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, existing and prospective customers.
Answer and directs incoming telephone calls, takes accurate messages, and transfers calls to the appropriate person
