To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of activities and processes for stakeholder and relationship management, in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.
The purpose of the role is to build and manage rapport with public sector clients so as to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of all appropriate Assets, liabilities and public sector products of the Bank.
The position will be responsible for marketing to new and existing Chinese clients to help grow a quality loan and deposit book.
The candidate will be responsible for on boarding, managing existing and new SME clients, increasing uptake and usage of the Bank products, services and resources in order to maximize the value of the business relationships while ensuring profitability for the Bank and the Client.
Offer leadership to managers and staff in the Branches, in a manner that promotes motivation, efficiency, mentoring and to ensure high levels of discipline.
Formulate, drive, measure and manage the implementation of a revenue growth performance strategy for the portfolio to grow new business and share of wallet across the allocated commercial banking tier.
Responsible for the effective management, control and marketing of the Bank’s Product portfolio within the branch, in line with the Bank’s policy, to ensure growth of the balance sheet and revenue.
Networking and prospecting in different forums to forge partnerships for the bank with county and national governments Ministries, Departments and Agencies, bilateral and multilateral development partners, UN agencies, NGOs, private sector, corporate philanthropic foundations etc.
