The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the Founder / CEO to manage sales and collection operations, while driving growth in Eastern Kenya (Machakos, Makueni and Kitui).
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of revenue and volume targets for Sales and Business Development by promoting and selling MIB products in designated/ identified market segments in order to ensure revenue growth.
As the Business Lead of SI (Surgical innovation) you will define and drive the strategic direction of the SI business in The Sub-Saharan region with strong collaboration with the Regional Business Leaders, CEMA/EA leadership team and our direct customers and distributor partners.
Engage daily with existing customer base, distributors, end users and converters. Promote sales and distribution with a network of contacts.
Prepare Sales strategies and taking steps to have an impact on the market.
Lead high-performance sales team within the Schneider Electric - Industry SalesForce, accountable for all commercial activities in the industry segment and the sale of industry-leading products, solutions, and services.
Creating consumer awareness/ customers’ sensitization initiatives, processing insurance transactions within defined terms and conditions.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
