Provides technical oversight of activities to support the regulatory functions of the PPB
The Technical Advisor will provide technical expertise in Health Systems Policy, Financing and Health Systems Strengthening. Additionally, this role requires the synthesis of evidence and best practice in order to develop key documents including policy briefs, and reports for high-level meetings at the national and county level.
To coordinate pre assessment, assessment, implementation and follow-up phases of manual and electronic Clinical Management Information System (CMIS) implementation in Africa Region Member Associations as recommended by IPPF Africa Regional Office and Central Office.
The individual will be responsible for providing technical support in the implementation of clinical care in adult HIV care and treatment activities.

The Water Systems Advisor will be responsible for working with program partners to develop and scale new models for water governance, assess and pilot new technologies for water transport and storage, and build their overall technical abilities on water systems.
The AIA will support national and regional projects in East & Southern Africa as well as support IFDC’s strategic priorities including new business through the development of concept notes and contributing to proposal development.
The Land Technical Officer will be under the overall supervision of the FAO Representative in Kenya and the direct supervision of the Land Programme Manager.
The Technical Advisor will be an integral part of the CHAI team and iDSI network, working on joint objectives of institutionalizing and capacity building for evidence-informed priority setting in LMIC health systems.
