Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system (applies to wait for staff and Bread Station Attendants).
This will be the entry grade for the Cooks cadre. An officer at this level will be on job training and will carry out duties under the supervision of a senior officer.
The Food production Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for simple preparation, serving food & beverage items to the customers.
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for serving food & beverage items in the restaurant.
Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
