Our client in the real estate sector is seeking to recruit a property manager to join their team.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in management of, or employment from, a real estate company.
Must have worked as property Manager in a real estate company.
Have fluent written and spoken English and as a minimum have completed high school.
Building and maintenance of structures and the ability to create professional grade workmanship in the following categories: Plumbing, woodwork, masonry and/or electrical. Gardening and farming.
Exposure to international standards of cleaning and room preparation is key.
