Job Purpose:
We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in organizational development, ambitious, and is passionate about financial technology and Financial Inclusion, to run this high performing start up and achieve its mission. We will be going through a rapid expansion and need an executive who has the ability to scale a fintech business over many markets within a short period of time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business management or IT related discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Must have business development, sales/marketing experience in the financial services sector, preferably in FinTech.
- Must be familiar with cross-border payments regulatory environments across the globe such as transaction thresholds anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing.
- Proven ability to manage financial plans
- Excellent understanding of organisational development
- +5 years experience in management of a financial services business.
