The Senior Manager Human Resource Management will be responsible for the overall management of human resource functions, provide strategic leadership, develop and implement Human Resource policies and guidelines aligned to corporate strategy to ensure effective human resource management.

The incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of human capital initiatives, policies and procedures, influencing positive culture changes, managing compensation and benefits, leading learning and development, performance management, compliance, payroll, database management etc.

Plan International – Temporary HR Support – Shared Services Centre.

Support with some of the pending work within SSCHR, not limited to Insurance & Medical Benefits administration and management, employee record management both electronically and hard copy files, Payroll Administration, Recruitment and selection, Onboarding & staff orientation, contract management and other administrative support to deliver the related transactional HR Services for Shared Services Centre.
