We are currently looking for someone experienced in project and programme management in the INGO sector who has experience in working with systems. Our ideal candidates are proficient Project & Programme Managers who have experience in training peers as well as developing training materials. At this stage of the Y.O.D.A programme, Project Management Training Specialists will be required to develop learning content. In the deployment stage of the programme, they will be expected to facilitate training.
Plan International is going through a major technology and business transformation programme named Programme Y.O.D.A (Your Organisation’s Data and Analytics), through this we are changing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution; revising our processes and working practices in relation to Finance, Grants, Programmes and Projects, and Supply Chain. Our new ERP solution will strengthen our business processes, leading to a more data driven and transparent organisation, which in turn, will make us more efficient and sustainable.
We are looking to recruit a project management training specialist who is a clear, confident communicator. You will need to have demonstrable experience of developing global procedures and guidance for NGO project and programme management. With the ability to learn quickly and to share expertise and learning with others. Demonstrable experience in training facilitation both virtually and face to face, preferably using virtual meeting/training tools.
You will be required to develop learning content and deliver training for Project Management, applying diversity and inclusion principles.
Location: Flexible where Plan International has a legal entity and the applicant has the pre-existing right to work
Type of Role: 2 Year Fixed-term Contract
Reports to: Head of Projects & Funds, working closely with the Programme Y.O.D.A Learning and Development Manager and the Business Process Owners
