Job Description
- Cleaning of the pools and adjoining areas;
- Applying pool chemicals as directed by the senior officer;
- Setting up of equipment for recreation, learning, training and competition;
- Maintaining of records on pool chemicals consumption and related inventory;
- Providing general information on pool operation to patrons;
- Making sure swimmers follow safety rules and regulations;
- Ensuring that swimmers and other people stay in safe areas;
- Identifying unsafe practices and safety hazards;
Job Requirements
- KCSE Mean Grade D+ or serving in the same capacity with sound knowledge in lifeguard;
- Certification in CPR training and First Aid from a recognized institution;
- Certification in Lifeguarding from a recognized institution
- Demonstrated competence in work performance;
- Proficiency in computer applications
Remuneration for the position is:
