The position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the branch strategy in order to support the achievement of the Toyota Kenya brands targets (Parts, Sales, Service) of the branch. This includes the coordination of branch operations, as well as team management.
This position is responsible for achieving business growth by meeting business targets. This involves managing and developing the branch through the regional teams with the aim of achieving product targets, enforcing effective credit control, delivering of set loss ratio and building and maintaining customer relationships.
The role will be responsible for growing the assets and liabilities business of the Branch, as per defined budgets and managing costs so as to maximize the profitability of the Branch while handling and overseeing all operational and human resource aspects of the branch.
Ensuring overall Branch Management, Staff Management, Business Growth and Development and Operational Excellence. This role also develops and implements business strategies to deliver performance and growth targets as well as maintain good business environment.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including operations and growth of the branch in accordance with the Company’s objectives.
