Cascade the sales targets assigned by the Zone Manager to branch staffs.
Evaluate local market conditions identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, and business plans for the branch.
This position is responsible for planning, execution and coordination of business development strategy while coordinating recruitment of staffs/ sales reps to achieve branch targets (Sales, retention of reps and portfolio) and staffing needs.
The position holders will also ensure optimum productivity, operational efficiency and outstanding customer service.
Develop and coordinate the implementation of the branch annual work plans and budgets in line with the organizational strategy.
Responsible for building, leading and empowering a communicative and effective store team by delegating, coaching and directing team members towards achieving set targets.
Ensure that customer service standards are set and maintained in line with the requirements of each market segment.
Manage security operations & incidents.
