An exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to lead on internal and external communications for a dynamic and International organisation.
Main responsibilities
- Lead on the development of Strategic Communications of The Organisation
- Stakeholder Management up to Executive Director level.
- Build and find ways to promote the image of The Organisation.
- Identify new targets audiences as the business grows.
- Guide Senior Management on best practice in regard to Communications, including press releases and high-profile speeches.
- Updating and reviewing guidelines and policies
- ·Leading on ad-hoc projects
Qualifications and experience
- Extensive experience in both internal and external communication.
- International experience outside Africa would be advantageous
- Well networked with media and government in Kenya
- Strong project management experience
- Master’s degree in relevant subject area
- Proven Management capability at high level
- Excellent communication skills, with exceptional level in English (read, write and speak). Any additional language would be advantageous.
