We seek to recruit a highly proactive and self-driven individual to fill the position of Customer Relationship Officer- Credit (Rongai/Kitengela Branch) for Pioneer FSA Limited.
Key Responsibilities;
Ø Recruiting new clients
Ø Recruiting merchants-tills & pay bills
Ø Selling plots
Ø Issuing loans to clients
Ø Managing OLB & PAR
Ø Ensuring loan repayments are done on time
Ø Creating awareness on company products
Ø Ensuring site visits are running smoothly
Ø Ensure confidentiality of company’s operations
Ø Identify new markets
Ø Ensure set targets are met
Ø Help by giving customers feedback.
Ø Monitoring and examining competitors.
Ø Make recommendations as to how customer feedback can best be used to support the business strategies.
Ø Marketing and outreach.
Ø Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
Ø Giving timely reports.
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other business-related course from a recognized university.
Ø Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing or customer service.
Ø Flexible and resourceful; the ability to work in a fast-growing institution.
Ø A thorough understanding of microfinance performance metrics/indicators and the ability to interpret and process operations data;
Ø Customer Focused.
Ø Excellent communication skills.
Ø Strong leadership skills and ability to develop staff.
