Job Description Summary:
Represents the company to the bottlers in a country or group of countries; manages the day to day operations of the franchise incl. marketing and finance; provides commercial and franchise leadership to bottlers; partners with bottlers to build plans ensuring local relevance and alignment with overall business; implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions; identifies organizational capabilities required to achieve business plan targets. Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.
