OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The job holder is in charge of the directorate of he corporate services. He/She is to provide strategic leadership, coordination and management of Financial Accounts, Human Resource Management and Development, Administration information and Communications Technology and Corporate Communications Departments.
He/She will be responsible for the development, ope-rationalization and implementation of strategies and policies of the directorate in accordance with the policies specified by the board of directors and implementing and enforcing relevant Government circular & Directives.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities at this level will entail
- developing and overseeing the implementation of a dynamic corporate strategy that is able to deliver exemplary services and results an envisioned in the strategic plan.
- Coordinate Corporate performance management process of all directorate processes of ll the Departments in CLE
