Marketing and Sales Intern

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Intern, the position will be responsible for assisting generating leads and closing sales in the Human Resource sector for the purposes of improving revenue and the bottom-line for the organization.

Responsibilities

Establish clients and generate sales for the placement of employees, payroll management, property management, C.V. writing, Linkedin Optimization and training services.

Acquire new clients and generate sales commensurate to the planned company growth

Coordinate job adverts, recruitment and placement of our clients.

Maintain sound relationships with current important clients, understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Create and distribute well thought out creative newsletters, flyers, social media communications and brochures.

Oversee and coordinate all social media engagements ensuring effectiveness of campaigns.

Coordinate and oversee all email marketing campaigns.

Manage all databases of clients/potential clients ensuring userability, security and effectiveness.

Coordinate and participate in trade shows and networking events.

Any other responsibility that is assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma in Sales or Marketing, Human Resources, Communications

Priority will be given to those with a Diploma in Human Resources.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Effective communicator including public speaking.

Must enjoy working out in the field.

Social Media and WordPress experience.

Demonstrated sales closing experience.

Entrepreneurial spirit is a must.

Additional Information

This position will work out of our Thika office with the possibility of working from home
