REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4.1 Education
• Minimum degree in statistics or mathematics, computer science, economics or related discipline.
• Knowledge in evaluation designs and data analysis. • ICT Proficient including database applications, presentations and statistical software (SPSS, EPI Info etc)
4.2 Experience

• A minimum of 5 years continuous experience in monitoring and evaluation or data management of community health programmes.
• Experience in budget management
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports
• Experience in analysing data using statistical software
