Regional Aftersales Representative – SAME
Location: Western Kenya (based in Kisumu)Reports to: Regional Sales Manager – SAME
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the sale of parts and service of agricultural tractors and farm implements to achieve set targets in Western region.
Key responsibilities will include:
Achieve set parts and service budget target.
Carry out repairs on tractors and farm implements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain good rapport with customers and ensure prompt response to their requests and queries.
Required qualifications and experience:
Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Exposure to technical aspects of agricultural tractors and farm implements.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the agricultural industry including experience in sales.
