We currently have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Card Issuance Assistant– Medical Department. This is a temporary role for three (3) months.
Role Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for issuing Jubilee Wellness Cards to existing and new members. The post holder will report to the Business Process and Customer Service Manager and will be based at the Head Office in Nairobi.
Responsibilities:
1. Collate photos of assigned schemes
2. Requisition Jubilee Wellness cards from the vendor by preparing required template and ensure accuracy
3. Receive, verify and dispatch the cards to respective members
4. Review the card ordering process and recommend areas of improvement and seek approval to amend and implement
5. Ensure the agreed card roll out plan is 100% implemented

Relevant Experience Minimum of one (1) year work experience in the same role will have an added advantage.
