Overall Job Purpose
To support the Branch in delivery of the best customer experience agenda in the region.. Act as the point of contact/reference for the underwriting section in the face of the customer ensuring end to end service management. Maintain a high degree of proficiency at all times with relevant stakeholders in order to deliver on the work outputs and ensure alignment to all laid down governance and control requirements through the process.
Education and Experience Required
BSc Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, BComm
Progress in Actuarial or Chartered Insurance Institute examinations
At least one year experience in a busy medical department
Knowledge & Skills:
High level of PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
Knowledge of basic financial/accounting concepts
Excel intermediate
Basic accounting knowledge
Customer service
