Robert Bosch East Africa is a growing business in the Bosch Group located in Nairobi, Kenya. We operate in the business divisions Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Packaging Technology, and Thermo technology.
Your responsibilities:
Office Support and Administration
On-boarding and induction of new associates
Documentation handling and filing
Assist with Recruitment; screening CV’s , scheduling interviews
and preparing interview packs
Insurance administration
SAP HR (advantageous)

Your personal Characteristics and skills:
Excellent administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Pro-activeness
Time management
Must be able to work independently and in a team
Detail driven
English speaking, reading and writing
MS Office

Your competencies and qualifications:
Education:
Tertiary qualification:Human Resources and /or Business Administration.

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years experience
