Kalama Conservancy is a located within the Samburu County and is one of the 35 NRT member conservancies. Reporting to the Conservancy Board and with a close working relationship with the NRT team, the Conservancy Manager will be responsible for both strategic and operational support to the conservancy. The Manager will be responsible for managing the conservancy and developing it to a self-sustaining model that integrates wildlife conservation, environmental conservation, tourism and livestock; benefits the surrounding communities; protects the ecological integrity of the land and contributes to improvement of the community livelihoods.
