Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in real estate, marketing or any related industry. Masters Degree is an added advantage
At least 3 years experience in real estate
Experience in digital marketing
Skills / Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer literacy is compulsory
Consistent, organized and team work oriented
Seamless time management skills, natural ability to multi-task and confidence to build relationships with customers
Main Responsibilities include:
Initiating sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings
Providing guidance and assisting sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing properties for the right price under the best terms
Promoting the sale of properties through advertising, open houses, participation and networking
Researching and analyzing market trends
Creating advertising briefs and controlling creative and quality standards for all advertising and promotional material
