QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Master’s Degree an added advantage.
- 10 years’ experience 5 of which must have been spent in a General Trade Manager position in FMCG in a busy organization.
- Membership of a professional body.
- Working knowledge of IT based monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Excellent understanding of MS-office applications especially PowerPoint, Excel and MS-word.
COMPETENCIES -Demonstrable ability to provide sound leadership to a large sales workforce at both national and regional levels.
Proven capacity to achieve Sales Targets on monthly basis.
-Must be able to maintain high level contact with clients to ensure maximum client satisfaction at both national and regional levels.
-Thorough understanding of the FMCG Sector and the key dynamics that influence business growth in the industry.
-Evidence of a strategic mind-set, with a proven record of exemplary performance.
Willingness to travel and work out of the office.
