We are seeking to recruit a highly ambitious and self – driven candidate to fill in the following position in our Nairobi office:
Human Resource Business Partner
Principal Accountabilities
- Developing and maintaining updated job descriptions for staff
- Managing end to end process of recruitment
- Report & proposal writing
- Research and development of training materials
- Following up staff medical cover to ensure it is always updated
- Managing leave for staff
- Performance management of staff
- Ensuring up to date organization policies and procedures
- Ensuring management of employees’ files and records
- Maintaining a pleasant relationship between staff and management
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- A Diploma/Degree in HR or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Department. Proven experience in a HR consultancy company is an added advantage
- Well versed with MS Office
- Be confident and have good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Self-starter, assertive and quick learner
