Core Responsibility:

The Incumbent will act as liaison between the SACCO and its customers to provide information on the products and services and to handle any emerging problems concerning individual accounts.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Care Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for providing and promoting a professional, high quality frontline customer focused service by managing the call center, CRM, resolving customer’s queries and handling in bound & outbound calls

Full Job Description

Knowledge and Skills Required

· Diploma in Business Studies, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent

· Degree in public relations, Communication or Business Management will be an added advantage

· Computer literacy

· Attention to detail

· Interpersonal communication skills

· Decision making & Record keeping skills

· Strong commitment and passion to customer service.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent oral communication skills are required to speak effectively and with diplomacy to customers.

Experience:

Three (3) years’ and above proven relevant experience working as Customer Service officer or related position in a Financial Institution. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices on Customer Care reporting and growth measurement.
