Reporting to Position branch manager
Key responsibilities
1.Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
2.Resolve product or service problems
3.Attend to daily customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follows up to ensure feedback is given and action taken as per the service level agreement.
4.Account opening
5.Stationary management and control
6.ATM issuance
7.Generating customer care reports
8.Issuance of timers kits
9.Account deductions
10.Handling of dormant accounts
11.Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
12.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
13.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
14.Any other duty assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
1.A KCSE mean grade of C+ and above with a minimum of C+ in English and Mathematics
2.Diploma in public relations or a Business related field.
3.A valid certificate of good conduct.
