Responsible for nurturing and growing AA Insurance Brokers business opportunities in existing key accounts and identifying new sales opportunities
Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries;
Responsible for providing assistance to Customer Care office as an interface between internal and external customers
You will be responsible for developing a world-class call-center driven operation across both of these mission-critical areas.
Lead and establish procedures that produce high-quality customer service delivery and that reflect industry best practices.
Act as a liaison, provide information about the product or services offered, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Directing or escorting Visitors to appropriate officer/person and notify appropriate person of visitors’ arrival;
To provide general customer service in respect to all lines of business for all CICAM Departments.
The incumbent shall be responsible for receiving patients at the reception, bill patients for services required, manage appointments and respond to queries as appropriate.
Responsible for directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
