Mabati Rolling Mills (MRM), a member of the Safal Group and the leading manufacturer of steel products & provider of roofing solutions within the region, invites applications for various Graduate Trainee positions. The positions will be based at our Mariakani Plant in Kilifi County – Kenya.
About the Program
Our Graduate Trainee Program is an empowerment initiative anchored on the Company’s Corporate Social Investment interventions and recognizes proactive graduates who possess leadership capabilities. The trainees work with our business leaders and other employees in execution of tasks while receiving training to assume higher responsibilities in our operations.
Requirements
•A university graduate with at least 2 years post-university experience
•Ability to comprehend some operational practices on manufacturing plants
•Preferably 27 years of age or below
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
Specific Graduate Trainee Position & Requirements
a)Mechanical Engineers
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university.
b)Electrical Engineers
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
c)Production Engineers
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering/Production Technology from a recognized university.
d)Quality Assurance Graduate
Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical/Industrial Chemistry/Chemical & Processing Engineering recognized university.
